Step 1: Sign into your Shopflo Dashboard and navigate to the Automation section.
Step 2: Click on Create a New Automation.
Step 3: Provide a title and description for your automation.
Step 4: Select Cash on Delivery.
Step 5: Click on Save and Continue to proceed.
Step 6: Set the cart conditions as per your requirements. In this example, we have set no conditions.
Click on Save and Continue.
Step 7: Keep the default all customers in the Customer Eligibility section and proceed ahead.
Step 8: Select Customer Action → When customer applies specific discounts and choose the discounts where COD should be blocked.
Step 9: Click on Save and Continue.
Step 10: Set the active period for this automation, then click Save.
Step 11: Ensure the automation is activated and run a test to confirm COD is blocked for the specified customers.
