Block COD for High Risk Customers

Customers classified as high-risk often reject or return orders, resulting in financial losses due to unnecessary shipping and inventory expenses. This article will guide you on blocking COD payments for these customers.

Step 1: Sign into your Shopflo Dashboard and navigate to the Automation section.

Step 2: Click on Create a New Automation.

Step 3: Provide a title and description for your automation.

Step 4: Select Cash on Delivery.

Step 5: Click on Save and Continue to proceed.

Step 6: Set the cart conditions as per your requirements. In this example, we have set no conditions.

Click on Save and Continue.

Step 7: Select "Customer RTO risk" and specify the high-risk score at which COD should be disabled.

Step 8: Set the active period for this automation, then click Save.

Step 9: Ensure the automation is activated and run a test to confirm COD is blocked for these specified products.
