Detailed Step by Step Guide
Step 1: Click on Extensions in the Google Sheets menu, then select Add Ons.
Step 2: Choose Get Add Ons to open the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Step 3: Search for Shopflo Assistant in the Marketplace.
Step 4: Click on Install. When prompted, authenticate your Google account and connect it with your Shopflo account. Make sure to grant all requested permissions.
Step 5: Once installation is complete, click Done and refresh your Google Sheet.
Step 6: Find Shopflo Assistant in your Add-Ons menu and click it.
Step 7: Click Launch Dashboard to open the Shopflo Assistant sidebar.
Step 8: Sign in with your Shopflo email and password, then enter the six-digit OTP sent to your email.
Step 9: Select the store you want to work with from your linked Shopflo account.
Step 10: Choose to access existing scheduled reports or fetch new reports. For new insights, click New report.
Step 11: Select relevant data fields—like Order ID, Status, Line Items, or Creation Date—depending on your reporting needs. Click Continue.
Step 12: Decide whether you want a one-time report or to schedule it daily, weekly, or monthly.
Step 13: Set your desired date and time range, then click Populate Report.
Step 14: Wait for your report to process and download.
Now, you have all your Shopflo data organized right in Google Sheets. Generate order, audit, product, discount, performance, or abandoned cart reports anytime—without switching tabs or exporting files manually.
