Once Reward Rally is connected to your Shopflo checkout, here's what your shoppers experience:

Coin Balance Visible at Checkout: Shoppers enrolled in your Reward Rally program see their available coin balance on the checkout page — fetched automatically using their registered mobile number.

Instant Redemption: Shoppers can apply their coins directly during checkout. The value is deducted from the order total in real time, and the coins are automatically removed from their wallet once the order is placed.

Graceful Handling: If a shopper has no Reward Rally account or zero coin balance, the coins section is hidden automatically — no confusing empty states for your shoppers.

Step 1: Make sure you have an active Reward Rally account with your loyalty program configured and live.

Step 2: Get your Authorization Token from your Reward Rally dashboard — you'll find it under Settings → API / Integrations.

Step 3: On the Shopflo Dashboard, paste the Authorization Token and toggle Reward Rally on.

Your shoppers will now automatically see their Reward Rally coin balance at checkout and can redeem coins instantly.
