Once Reward Rally is connected to your Shopflo checkout, here's what your shoppers experience:

Coin Balance Visible at Checkout: Shoppers enrolled in your Reward Rally program see their available coin balance on the checkout page — fetched automatically using their registered mobile number.

Instant Redemption: Shoppers can apply their coins directly during checkout. The value is deducted from the order total in real time, and the coins are automatically removed from their wallet once the order is placed.

Graceful Handling: If a shopper has no Reward Rally account or zero coin balance, the coins section is hidden automatically — no confusing empty states for your shoppers.

The Reward Rally integration is set up by the Shopflo support team. To get this enabled for your store:

Step 2: Reach out to us at support@shopflo.com with your store details and we'll handle the setup on our end.

Step 3: Once setup is complete, your shoppers will automatically see their Reward Rally coin balance at checkout and can redeem coins instantly.
