Nector is an Indian loyalty and rewards platform that helps D2C brands build structured retention programmes that go beyond simple discount codes — points-based earning, referral programmes, VIP tiers, and milestone rewards, all configurable from the merchant dashboard with no engineering work. With the Shopflo integration, shoppers see their Nector balance right at checkout and redeem points in a single action: the discount applies immediately to the order total, and points for the purchase are credited on order confirmation — closing the loop in the same session.
What This Integration Does
Once Nector is connected to your Shopflo checkout, here's what your shoppers experience:
Balance visible at checkout — enrolled shoppers see their available Nector points on the checkout page.
Instant redemption — shoppers apply points directly during checkout; the value is deducted from the order total in real time and the points are removed from their wallet once the order is placed.
Graceful handling — if a shopper has no Nector account or a zero balance, the rewards section is hidden automatically, so there are no confusing empty states.
How to Get Started
Step 1: Make sure you have an active Nector account with your loyalty programme live, and keep your Nector Webhook ID handy (from your Nector dashboard).
Step 2: On the Shopflo Dashboard, open Apps & Integrations, choose the Rewards & Loyalty category, and select Nector.
Step 3: Click Configure. Enter your Webhook ID, set the Coin name (singular) and Coin name (plural) as they should appear to shoppers (for example, Point / Points), and turn the Active toggle on.
Step 4: Click Activate. Nector is now live — your shoppers will automatically see their Nector balance at checkout and can redeem points instantly.
