CASA is a loyalty and rewards platform that lets your shoppers earn and redeem rewards across purchases. With the Shopflo integration, shoppers see their CASA rewards balance directly at checkout and can redeem them instantly — no app switching, no extra steps.

Once CASA is connected to your Shopflo checkout, here's what your shoppers experience:

Rewards Balance Visible at Checkout: Shoppers enrolled in your CASA loyalty program see their available rewards balance on the checkout page — fetched automatically using their registered details.

Instant Redemption: Shoppers can apply their CASA rewards directly during checkout in one tap. The value is deducted from the order total in real time and rewards are redeemed automatically once the order is placed.

Graceful Handling: If a shopper has no CASA account or zero balance, the rewards section is hidden automatically — no confusing empty states for your shoppers.

Step 1: Go to the Settings page in your Shopflo dashboard.

Step 2: Under Shop Settings, click on Integrations.

Step 3: Navigate to the Rewards section and click on CASA.

Step 4: Enter your API Key — find this in your CASA dashboard under Settings → API.

Step 5: Enter your Tenant ID — your unique CASA tenant identifier.

Step 6: Enter your Tenant Token — the authentication token for your tenant.

Step 7: Enter your Business Unit ID — the identifier for your specific business unit within CASA.

Step 8: Toggle CASA on and click Save. Your shoppers will now automatically see their CASA rewards balance at checkout and can redeem rewards instantly.
