If you sell to businesses, enabling the GST field at checkout lets customers enter their GSTIN (GST Identification Number) so they can receive a tax-compliant invoice. Once enabled, the field appears as part of the billing address section during checkout.

→ Open Flo Checkout in Shopflo Dashboard

Step 1: Go to the Shopflo dashboard and navigate to Flo Checkout.

Step 2: Click on Shipping Zone.

Step 3: Open Address Form Customization.

Step 4: Turn on the option to permit customers to enter their billing address or GSTIN.

Step 5: Save your changes. The GSTIN field will now appear at checkout for customers who want to add it.
