After a successful order, your customers see a full GST breakdown on the Thank You Page — showing CGST, SGST, and IGST separately. This helps B2B buyers reconcile taxes without having to follow up with you for a manual breakdown. The breakdown appears automatically, no configuration needed.

→ Open Settings in Shopflo Dashboard

For the GST breakdown to show correctly, make sure your GST number is saved in Shopflo:

Step 1: Go to the Shopflo dashboard and click on Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to Organisational Details and click Edit.

Step 3: Enter your GST number in the field provided.

Step 4: Click Save.

Once saved, the CGST, SGST, and IGST breakdown will appear on the Thank You Page for all new orders.
