Limechat is a WhatsApp commerce and support platform that lets you engage customers with automated and personalised messages — from abandoned checkout reminders to order confirmations and re-marketing flows. Connecting Limechat with Shopflo enables tracking across your checkout, so Limechat can trigger the right message at the right moment.
Before You Begin
You'll need your Limechat Account ID and Access Token to complete this setup. You can find these in your Limechat dashboard under account or API settings. Keep them handy before starting.
How to Connect Limechat with Shopflo
Step 1: Go to the Settings page in your Shopflo dashboard.
Step 2: Under Shop Settings, click Integrations.
Step 3: Navigate to the Re-marketing section and click on Limechat.
Step 4: Toggle Limechat Tracking to enabled at the top. This activates checkout event tracking for Limechat across your store.
Step 5: In the Limechat Configuration section, enter your Account ID and Access Token.
Step 6: Toggle Limechat Configuration to enabled.
Step 7: Click Save. Your integration is now live.
If you manage multiple Limechat accounts, click + Add Limechat Configuration to add additional configurations — each with its own Account ID and Access Token.
