MoEngage is a customer engagement platform that lets you reach customers across push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging. Connecting MoEngage with Shopflo sends checkout events into MoEngage, so you can build flows around key moments — abandoned checkouts, order completions, and payment events.
Before You Begin
You'll need three credentials from your MoEngage account: App ID, Data API ID, and Data API Key. Find them in your MoEngage dashboard under Settings → APIs → Data API. Also note your MoEngage data centre (DC-01, DC-02, etc.) and the customer identifier type your account uses.
How to Connect MoEngage with Shopflo
Step 1: Go to the Settings page in your Shopflo dashboard.
Step 2: Under Shop Settings, click Integrations.
Step 3: Navigate to the Re-marketing section and click on MoEngage.
Step 4: Enter your App ID, Data API ID, and Data API Key in the respective fields.
Step 5: Select your Data Center from the dropdown. This must match the data centre your MoEngage account is on.
Step 6: Select your Customer ID type — this is how MoEngage identifies customers in your account.
Step 7: Toggle MoEngage analytics to enabled, then click Save. Your integration is now live.
