AiSensy is a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform that lets you reach customers with timely, personalised messages — from abandoned checkout reminders to order updates and promotional campaigns. Connecting AiSensy with Shopflo lets you trigger these messages at key moments in the checkout journey.
Before You Begin
You'll need an active AiSensy account and an API key to complete this setup. To generate your API key, log in to AiSensy and go to Settings → API & Integrations. Keep it handy before starting the steps below.
How to Connect AiSensy with Shopflo
Step 1: Go to the Settings page in your Shopflo dashboard.
Step 2: Under the Shop Settings section, click on Integrations.
Step 3: Navigate to the Re-marketing section and click on AiSensy.
Step 4: Paste your AiSensy API key into the text field provided.
Step 5: Turn on the toggle below the API key field to enable the integration.
Step 6: Select the channels you want AiSensy to be active on, then click Save. Your integration is now live.
