Connecting Interakt with Shopflo lets you trigger these messages at key moments in the checkout journey, helping you recover lost sales and drive repeat purchases.
How to Get Started
The Interakt integration is set up by the Shopflo support team. To get this enabled for your store:
Step 1: Make sure you have an active Interakt account with your WhatsApp channel configured and live.
Step 2: Get your Secret Key (API key) from Interakt:
Visit Interakt APIs and Webhooks — An Overview and click on How to Get your API Key.
This will guide you to Settings → Developer Settings in your Interakt dashboard, where you'll find the Secret Key field. Click Copy to copy it.
Step 3: Reach out to us at support@shopflo.com with your copied Secret Key and we'll handle the setup on our end.
Step 4: Once setup is complete, your checkout events will automatically sync with Interakt and your Journeys can start acting on them.
