Connecting YCloud with Shopflo lets you trigger these messages at key moments in the checkout journey, so your Journeys can act on real checkout behaviour.
What This Integration Does
Once YCloud is connected to your Shopflo checkout, here's what you get:
Real-time checkout signals: abandoned checkouts automatically trigger the checkout_abandon_notification event in YCloud.
Journeys built on real behaviour: re-marketing and order-update flows fire off actual checkout events, not guesswork.
Optional analytics: turn on YCloud analytics if you want full checkout event data flowing in for deeper reporting.
Before You Begin
You'll need an active YCloud account and an API key to complete this setup. To find your API key, log in to YCloud and go to Developers → API keys. Keep it handy before starting the steps below.
How to Connect YCloud with Shopflo
Step 1: On the Shopflo Dashboard, open Apps & Integrations, choose the Re-marketing category, and select YCloud.
Step 2: Click Configure.
Step 3: Paste your YCloud API key into the field provided.
Step 4: Click on Activate.
