Shopflo periodically rotates Shopify admin tokens for all merchants. This is a mandatory maintenance step — skipping it will cause your Shopflo integration to stop functioning correctly and prevent new features from activating on your store.
The process takes under 5 minutes and is handled automatically by the Shopflo Operator browser extension.
Why is this needed?
Security — Rotating credentials at regular intervals is a core part of how we keep your store's integration with Shopflo secure and protected.
New feature access — As Shopflo adds new capabilities, updated permissions ensure they activate correctly on your store. Without this update, new features will not work.
What you'll need
Store Owner access is mandatory. Admin and staff accounts cannot complete this process. If you are not the Store Owner, ask the store owner to follow these steps.

Click the Shopflo Operator extension icon in your browser toolbar.
Sign in with your Shopflo email and password.

Step 4 — Re-authorise your store
Click Create App Now in the extension.

You're done. Your store is now re-authorised with updated credentials and the latest Shopflo permissions.
