Tracking ShopPass Revenue and Campaign Attribution

How to tag ShopPass campaigns with UTM attribution, view reclaimed revenue in the dashboard, and download your identified contacts list for cohort building.

Once ShopPass is live, here's how to measure what it's actually driving — from campaign tagging to reclaimed revenue and your contacts list.


Set UTM Source for Accurate Attribution

When setting up retargeting campaigns using ShopPass identified users, set UTM source = shoppass in your campaign links. This separates ShopPass-driven revenue from other channels so your attribution stays clean.

Set this in your CRM or messaging platform when building the flow — as a URL parameter on your campaign links, not as a Shopflo dashboard setting.


View Reclaimed Revenue

In your Shopflo dashboard, go to Shop Pass → Reclaimed Revenue and select shoppass as the source. This shows revenue generated through ShopPass retargeting campaigns, attributed via the UTM source you've set.


Download Identified Contacts

Go to Shop Pass → Identified Contacts, select your date range, and click Download users list to export a CSV. Use this to build custom cohorts and target segments in your campaigns.
