PPG offers a one year window from the date of purchase to file a warranty claim for qualifying issues with their paint. If something is wrong with the product, from color mismatches to performance problems, here’s how to get it resolved quickly.

Step 1: Identify the Issue

Before reaching out, figure out what’s wrong:

  • Is the paint too watery?

  • Peeling from the wall?

  • Not the color you ordered?

  • Something else?

Make a quick note of what you’re seeing, and take a few photos if you can.

Step 2: Email Sibi Support

Send an email to support@sibipro.com with:

  • The Sibi order number

  • The SKU of the paint product with the issue

  • A short description of the problem

  • Photos, if available

Our team will get in touch with the PPG store and regional PPG rep to start the claim process.

Step 3: PPG Follows Up

Sometimes, the store or regional PPG rep will reach out directly to walk through the issue and confirm next steps. If the product meets the guidelines, they will either:

  • Reimburse you for the affected paint, or

  • Replace the buckets

⚠️ Labor costs and any direct or indirect damage are not covered under PPG's warranty.

Key Guidelines

  • Claims must be filed within one year of the original purchase date

  • Paint must have been applied according to label instructions

  • Warranty does not cover improper use or application
