If the carpet was damaged during shipping, or if the fiber quality isn’t what it should be before installation, notify Sibi right away.
How to Report an Issue
Email support@sibipro.com with:
The Sibi order number
The property address
A short description of the issue
Photos, if available
We’ll work with Mohawk to make sure the issue is resolved quickly.
Important Notes
Mohawk does not offer a traditional product warranty for carpet used in multifamily or rental properties.
