Goal
Bring on teammates who will run field operations on your behalf. Field Managers handle day-to-day setup and operations for the locations in their assigned Offices, so standing them up early lets you delegate the rest of setup (templates, tags, locations).
Who
Org Admin.
Steps
Open your organization's Users page. (The Add Field managers step of the getting-started guide takes you there too.)
Find the user you want. They need the Member role; if they're new to Sibi, use Invite user and pick Member.
Open their profile and turn on the Field Manager switch.
Check Assign to offices on the same profile. Those Office assignments decide which locations the Field Manager can see and manage. Offices that already have Field Locations show a location count and sort to the top of the picker.
Save.
Notes
Only users with the Member Sibi role can be made Field Managers. View Only users can't. Org Admins always have Field Manager access, so there's nothing to turn on for them.
A Field Manager assigned to Office A cannot see locations in Office B. To widen their reach, add the other Office to their assignments.
Turning the Field Manager switch off doesn't touch the user's underlying Sibi role; they stay a Member.
The Users page filter has Field Managers and Field Technicians options, so you can check who has what at a glance.
