Goal
Stand up a whole fleet at once. Drop a spreadsheet or document listing your vans and warehouses, review what Sibi read, and create them all in one pass.
Who
Org Admin or Field Manager.
Steps
From the Field home page, start an import. If you have no locations yet, the import drop area is front and center; otherwise, open the Add Location dialog and follow the Creating several? Import from a spreadsheet or document link.
Drop your file. Spreadsheets (CSV, XLSX) and documents (a PDF, or a photo of a roster) all work. For each row, Sibi reads the location name and, where present, the Office, the assigned Tech's email, a template name, and tags.
Review the extracted rows in the grid. Every cell is editable. Rows that can't be created are flagged with the reason, for example a duplicate name or an Office that didn't match, so you can fix or drop them.
Commit. Sibi creates one location per remaining row, applies the named template's products, assigns the named Techs (inviting anyone who isn't in your org yet), and applies the tags. New tag names in the file are created for you.
Review the summary of what was created, who was invited, and any rows that failed.
Notes
The import only creates locations. It never modifies a location you already have.
Partial success is normal: good rows are created even if some fail, and the failed rows are listed so you can fix and re-import just those.
You can leave and come back; an in-progress import picks up where you left off.
