Goal
Understand recent changes at a Field Location: who counted what, what got transferred, which bins are pending approval, when an issuance was reassigned.
Who
Anyone with access to the location. Org Admins for oversight, Office Managers for their own locations, Techs for their daily reconciliation.
Steps
Open the location's detail page → Feed tab.
Filter by entry type. The available types are Adjustments, Issuances, Bin requests, Transfers, Threshold changes, Assignments, Location changes, Invitations, and Restock orders.
Click into a specific entry to see who did what when.
Notes
The Feed is append-only. You cannot edit an entry. To correct an issuance logged to the wrong property, use the reassignment workflow (2.7) from the location's Feed tab.
