Goal
See where your equipment is: what's sitting in your locations and what's currently deployed at properties.
Who
Office Manager or Org Admin.
Steps
Open a location's detail page and select the Equipment tab to see the equipment held at that location. It works like the Parts and Tools tabs: you can adjust counts, edit an item's details, and transfer equipment to another location.
For an org-wide view, open the Field home page, open the Manage menu, and choose Equipment. This page lists equipment currently deployed at properties alongside what's in your locations. Filter by Office and search by name.
Notes
Equipment is deployed to and recovered from properties by Techs in the mobile app (see 3.6 and 3.7). This page is where you keep an eye on it from the web admin.
