We’re excited to welcome you to Sibi! Sibi connects you directly with manufacturers, turbocharging your procurement process for everything that goes into a home, from building to maintenance. In this series, we'll go through everything about Sibi and how you can make the most of being part of the community.

🌎 Home

The Home page serves as your launchpad to start ordering, check up on the status of your orders, and quick start your ordering process.

  • Stay updated with the latest order status and updates.

  • Start a new order directly from your favorite properties.

  • Quickly access recently visited properties for streamlined ordering.

  • Quickly shop by manufacturer.

  • Easily create a new order by utilizing the Order Again feature.

🛒 Store

Once you’re ready to place an order, click on Store in the top navigation. Locate your equipment and place your order quickly and simply.

  • Choose your desired product type and the specific manufacturer you prefer.

  • Search to find products by SKU, product name, color, or any other relevant terms.

  • Access detailed information about each product.

    • Optional: Add installation and removal services, depending on the program's availability.

  • Proceed through the checkout process, which includes:

    • Adding the main point of contact.

    • Selecting the preferred fulfillment method.

    • Choosing the payment method.

🏡 Properties

The Properties page serves as a centralized hub for managing properties. Search for the property on your work order, or search for assets that require a warranty claim.

  • Add a new property from your work order.

  • Access detailed information about each property, including its assets.

    • View the age of each asset associated with the property

    • Claim warranties for specific assets as needed.

    • View inventory obtained from bulk orders.

    • Review historical orders associated with the property.

📦 Orders

Once you've completed an order, you can find its history in the Orders tab. Track your order for delivery or pickup, or even access historical information.

  • Search for historical orders using criteria such as address, order number, or PO number.

  • Access comprehensive order details, including:

    • Overview of the items ordered.

    • Specific order details such as the primary contact, requested delivery date, and payment method.

  • Utilize the detailed timeline feature under Track Order to:

    • Track the progress of the order from placement to delivery, ensuring you know ahead of time when your order will be out for delivery or ready for pickup.

    • Find contact information for delivery agents, making it easy to coordinate delivery.

🤝 Organization

In the Organization tab, you'll find all the information about your organization. You can update user information or even add new users to your organization.

  • Get a quick overview of key metrics such as the number of users, offices, and properties assigned to your organization.

  • Review your organization's recently placed orders for easy tracking.

  • Members and Admins can access detailed information about users under the Users tab and offices under the Offices tab.

    • Admins have the ability to add new users to the organization. For more information, take a look at this article.
