๐ก Locating the property
Head to the Properties tab and search for the address listed on the client's work order.
If the property isnโt on Sibi yet, click Add Property and fill out the property details.
It is important to select your client as the Property Owner when adding the property to prevent a lack of visibility.
If there are no properties visible when you open the Properties tab, drop us a note in the chat and our onboarding team will connect you to your clients.
Once the property has been located, click Start Order.
๐ Navigating the store
In the Store, you can choose the type of manufacturer you want to order from and then select your preferred manufacturer from the provided list.
To locate the product you need to purchase, use the search bar to search key terms:
SKU, product name, color, and other relevant terms.
You can also refine your search results by utilizing product filters.
Once you have located the product you want to order, click View More to open the product detail page.
Here you can see detailed specification about the product or equipment you are looking to order, as well as see information on the distribution center.
Optional: Add installation and removal services, depending on the program's availability.
Click Add to Truck to add the item to your shopping truck.
Once you're ready, click Checkout to start the checkout process.
๐ฆ Completing the checkout process
During checkout, you will finalize the following details:
Adding the main point of contact.
Selecting the preferred fulfillment method.
Choosing the payment method.
Once the required information is complete, click Place Order.
