To get started with the MSI onboarding process, send an email to clients@sibipro.com requesting access to the MSI Surfaces program
The MSI Surfaces team will email you their online application. Please make sure the follow is completed:
About:
Company name
Owner
Customer type
Entity type
Optional: Adding your license number allows MSI to validate.
Address
Business address
Please note this must be a physical address; MSI will not process your application with a PO box.
Contact
Primary contact on the account.
Notification
Assign different points of contact for the various MSI communications.
Optional file upload:
If you are interested in setting up a credit line with MSI, download the application below and upload when prompted.
Once your account is completed and is ready to place orders against, our Client Team will let you know.
Please note it can take 1-24 hours for MSI to complete the account setup process and 7-10 for MSI to process your credit application if applicable.

Company name and contact information
Phone number, email, and office address
Type of business
Contractor's license and state of operation
Bank information
Bank name, phone number, and account information
Credit references
Name, account number, and phone number
