Here’s how it works: If an appliance you’ve ordered on Sibi is unavailable, GE Appliances will automatically substitute it with a similar product of equal or greater value. And don’t worry—if the substitute costs less, we’ll refund you the difference.

If an appliance is out of stock, it means it’s eligible for automatic substitution through the program. You can shop with confidence, knowing that your order will be fulfilled on time.

The substitution is based on the following attributes:

  • Color

  • Dimensions

  • Fuel type

  • Availability

With GE Appliances auto-sub program, Sibi and GE Appliances ensure your orders are fulfilled on time, even when inventory levels change. Plus, it takes away the hassle of manually searching for a replacement product.
