Start Date: The collaboration begins on the specified date agreed upon in the contract, on which a kick-off meeting takes place and Sid starts working with the client.
License fee: Paid every month in advance.
Setup fee: Paid once.
Ad spend:
Is decided by the client and can be adjusted along the way.
Ad spend: Equals the allocated budget for paid advertising on the different ad platforms. This budget is used to fund the distribution and promotion of advertisements to targeted audiences. The Client commits to a minimum monthly ad spend of 5,000 SEK, in addition to Sid’s license fee. Adspend is managed and monitored by Sid to ensure that it is allocated exclusively towards engaging the Client's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Any adjustments to the adspend amount must be agreed upon by both parties.
Agreement duration: The contract renews on a monthly basis until terminated by either party.
Notice period: Same month notice period.
