What is Rollover?

Understand how it works and how to comply without complications

Updated over a month ago

When you accept a bonus at Siete (Casino or Sports), a condition called rollover appears. Don't worry: we'll explain everything about it here.

🔵 What is rollover?

Rollover is the amount of money you must wager before you can convert a bonus (and any winnings) into real money.

  • It can apply to the bonus itself, the bonus plus deposit, or winnings (depending on the promotion).

  • Until you complete it, the bonus and any winnings cannot be withdrawn.

🔢 How is it calculated?

It depends on each promotion. These are the most common scenarios:

  • Bonus Rollover

    • Bonus: $10,000

    • Rollover: x5

    • You must wager: $10,000 × 5 = $50,000

  • Bonus + Deposit Rollover

    • Deposit: $10,000

    • Bonus: $10,000

    • Rollover: x4

    • You must wager: ($10,000 + $10,000) × 4 = $80,000

⏳ What happens if the bonus expires?

If you don't meet the rollover requirements before the expiration date:

  • You lose the bonus.

  • You lose any winnings generated with that bonus.
