To ensure the security and accuracy of information, personal data updates are processed through a request form.
This process is intended exclusively for minor corrections, meaning specific adjustments due to input errors — not substantial identity changes.
What type of changes can be requested?
Minor adjustments to first or last name (typographical errors only).
Corrections of incorrectly entered information during registration, such as date of birth, ID number (RUT), phone number, or email address.
❗ Full identity changes are not accepted. For example, replacing a name with a completely different one.
How to Request a Data Update
You can request your data update through our Customer Support service.
Select: About My Account → Update Data, choose Yes, and complete the request form.
⏳ Estimated Resolution Time
Once the ticket is created, the estimated resolution time is up to 12 business hours.
This timeframe is required because the process includes:
Initial review of the submitted information.
Internal validation and approval.
External third-party review and validation of the requested changes. Our team manages the follow-up of the case and will communicate the final result to you.
During this period, the ticket status may be updated if additional information is required.
Important Considerations
The indicated timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the complexity of the case and the validation process.
Submitting a ticket does not guarantee automatic approval of the requested change.
