Change the credit bundle by using the self-service link

Change your bundle - downgrade, upgrade or renewal.

Notice! This article only applies to customers who have received a link manually from Evidos. Did you not received a link? Please send an email to support@signhost.com.

Once you have reached app. 80% usage of the package you will receive a notification from us with a link to upgrade. This link refers you to the portal and is only available to the portal administrator.

Signhost will give you an advice to upgrade the bundle. Of course it is also possible to adjust the number of credits to your current bundle. Head to our website for an overview of our packages.

Number 1: Here you can find the number of credits that Signhost recommends based on the current usage;

Number 2: Here you can also see Signhosts' advice. You can adjust the number of credits to your own wishes and expectations. For example, the same number of credits as from the current bundle;

Number 3: The subscription is valid for 12 months from the first date it begins. After 12 months the subscription is automatically renewed;

Number 4: See the bundle price here and press the button to upgrade/extend the bundle.

PLEASE NOTE!

- Activate your subscription in time so the bundle will not exceed the credit limits in your existing subscription. The system will activate the bundle within 24 hours;

- The subscription will be valid for another 12 months from activation even if the current bundle has not yet been fully used;


- The credits from the old subscription will be used up before the new bundle takes over unless the bundle is expired;

- If the current bundle is exceeded, these costs will be charged separately at a higher credit price. Avoid these extra costs by extending/upgrading the bundle in time!
