You can create a GO account on our website. If you have requested a package via our prices page, you also start with a GO account.
✅Make sure your email address has been verified and the organization name has been entered. If the notification below is not visible on the dashboard, this step has already been completed.
Step 1 – Log in
Once you’re logged into the web portal, navigate to Manage.

Step 2 - View your current plan
Here you can see which bundle is active, how many credits you’ve used, and how many user licenses you have left. Select Upgrade now to choose your next bundle.
Step 3 - Select a Bundle
Choose from the packages below: 100, 300, or 600+ credits. Expecting to send more than 1000 documents per year? Then request an enterprise bundle by selecting Contact us.
Step 4 – Billing Information
If your billing details haven’t been filled in yet, please complete them.
Step 5 – Confirm
Click Confirm once all details have been entered. Within a few minutes, you’ll be able to view your new plan in the web portal under Plan.
