Automatic deletion of GO account
If your email address has not been verified, the GO account will be automatically deleted after 30 days.
The trial account will never be automatically converted into a paid account.
Manual deletion of GO account (via support)
Has your email address been verified and do you want to delete your GO account? Always contact our support team to receive the correct steps to remove your GO account. You can reach us via:

Note: Do you want to use the email address of your GO account for an existing paid account? Do not delete the account, but first change the current email address in the user settings of your GO account.
