Make sure you are logged into the Signhost account on which the transaction was created. In the menu, go to Transactions.

You are now in the transaction overview. Use filters if necessary to find the transaction you are experiencing issues with. Select the transaction to navigate to the transaction details of that transaction.

This screen shows the transaction details and the audit trail for a specific transaction. This screen contains valuable information for our support team to help you out.

1. How to save the transaction details:

To send the most complete information to support as possible, select the "Print" button on top of the screen. A new screen will pop up, asking you to print the page to a PDF file. This file can be shared with the support team.

Note: do not select a physical printer, make sure the file is saved as a PDF file.

2. How to save the audit trail:

On the right of the "Signers" section, select the "Audit trail" button.

The audit trail will open on the right side of your screen. Press the button in the top right corner with the symbol.

A new screen will pop up, asking you to print the page to a PDF file. This file can be shared with the support team.

Note: do not select a physical printer, make sure the file is saved as a PDF file.

3. Share with support

Start a chat in the portal from the Support section and share the screenshot via the Paperclip in the chat.
