How do I find the transaction details of a transaction?

  1. Navigate to the transaction overview.

  2. Click on the desired transaction or on the eye icon to open the transaction details.

  3. Is there a recent activity already on your dashboard? Click the eye icon to go directly to the transaction details.

On the transaction details page, you will find three main sections:

  • Transaction Details

  • Documents

  • Signers

Transaction details

Under “Transaction details” you will find:

  • Transaction ID: Unique number, easily copied using the copy icon.

  • Status ID: Shows the current status of the transaction.

  • Created: Date and time when the transaction was started.

  • Expires: Date when the transaction expires.

  • Reference: Any reference you have added.

  • Print: Prints the transaction details to a PDF. Note: The audit trail can be printed separately.

  • Cancel/Delete: Use the three dots in the top right corner to cancel the transaction (for example, due to an error, wrong document, or mistake) or, if the transaction has a final status, to delete it.

Documents

  • Here you will find all documents added to the transaction.

  • Once all signers have signed, you can download the signed documents and the transaction receipt.

  • By clicking on a document, you can also directly view the signed document to, for example, check how many signatures have been placed in the document.

Signers

Under “Signers” you will find:

  • Audit trail: In the audit trail, all activities of the signers are displayed. You can see if and when automatic emails are sent, when the documents have been opened, and when the signers have signed.

  • Send in order: See if the signing requests were sent “in order.”

  • Signers: List of email addresses of all signers.

  • Authentications/Verifications: Which authentications/verifications have been applied.

  • Expiration: The deadline for signing per signer.

  • Next reminder: Date when the next reminder will be sent.

  • Last activity: The most recent action by the signer (e.g., opened or signed).

  • Signing link: If not yet signed, the link appears here and can be directly opened or resent.

  • Verification information: Once a signer has signed, you can view the verification information by clicking on the signer’s name. The details then expand and become visible.
