Transaction details

This FAQ article is about the Transaction Details page in our web portal.

Navigate to the transaction details from the transaction overview. Open the page by clicking on the transaction or eye figure. If you have a recent transaction activity showing in the dashboard, click the eye figure to go directly to the transaction details.

Transaction name

The transaction name is visible at the top of the page. This is the name of the first document or of the reference, if provided.

Transaction details

You can easily copy the transaction ID, which is unique for every transaction, by clicking on the copy icon. Furthermore, the status of the transaction, the send date of the transaction, expiry date and reference can all be found under the transaction details.

Print

The print option allows you to print the transaction details to a PDF document. Please note: The audit trail is not visible on this document.

Cancel transaction

Did you make a mistake or was the document signed in a different way? To withdraw the transaction, click on the 3 dots and choose Cancel transaction.


​​Documents

On the right-hand side of the screen, you can see which documents have been sent. When a transaction has been fully signed, the download button appears. This allows you to download the signed documents and the transaction receipt.


Signers

Under Signers, you have an insight into which signers have been added to the transaction, whether the transaction was sent by 'send request in order' and which authentications/verifications were added to the transaction.

If a transaction ought to be signed by a person sitting next to you, select the pen icon to open the signing link directly. Do you want to resend the signing link? Then choose Copy link or Email link.


Audit trail

You can find more details about the signing request in the audit trail. Here you can see which signatory received the signature request and at what time, whether the document has been opened, and whether the document(s) were signed.
