This FAQ article is about the different transaction statuses in the beta version of our new web portal.

From the dashboard, the transaction overview and transaction details, it is possible to view the status of a transaction. In this article, we will explain the status of transactions in the web portal.

  1. Pending
    When you have created a transaction and everything has gone well, the transaction adopts the pending status.

  2. Signed

    All signatories have signed the document.

  3. Expires soon

    The transaction will expire within 3 days.

  4. Expired

    The transaction has expired.

  5. Rejected

    The transaction has been rejected by the signee. Navigate to the transaction details to see the reason why the signee rejected the transaction.

  6. Failed

    The transaction has failed. The user will receive an email from Signhost with the reason why the transaction has failed.

  7. Cancelled

    The transaction has been cancelled by the user.
