Sign batches
Updated over a week ago

The Sign batches allows multiple sign requests to be completed at once, eliminating the need to repeat the whole process for every sign request.

Overview of the Sign batches page in the Signhost portal

Sign batches procedure:

This procedure is useful if one person needs to sign a lot of documents, or signs documents often. All open transactions can be opened via the dashboard. The requests will be displayed in list form, where agreement or rejection can be selected for each document. As soon as all requests have been either agreed or rejected, they can all be signed in a single action.

For portal users:

  • We recommend issuing the sign requests ‘on premise’. The received transactions will be grouped on the dashboard;

  • Assign the role sender to the sign batches user. Click here for more information;

  • The documents are sorted by date of receipt, and can be opened for viewing separately.

Keep in mind!

  • Don't fill in the name of the signatory in the new transaction;

  • The verification method iDIN can not be used with the sign batches;

  • The sign batches can handle a limited number of transactions. Do not prepare more than 20 transactions for this signatory. The sign batches is in development. Find out more!
