Steps to Top Up
Open the Simly App and go to the My eSIMs section. 📱
Find the eSIM you want to top up. 📋
Press the “Top Up” button and choose the amount of data you want to add. 📶
Note: You can top up both fully consumed and active eSIMs.
Important Notes
Top Up Before Full Consumption: You can add more data and days to your eSIM even before your current plan is fully consumed. This ensures you have continuous connectivity. 🗓️
Time Limit and Remaining Data: If you top up after the original time limit of your eSIM plan has ended but still have data left, you won’t be able to use that leftover data.
Example: If you have a 5GB for 30 Days plan and after 30 days, you have 2GB left, adding a 1GB for 7 Days top-up will not extend your leftover data. Instead, you will only have 1GB for 7 days. ⏳
