Why is My eSIM Not Working on iOS? ๐Ÿ“ฑ

If you've purchased and installed an eSIM on your iPhone but it's still not working, don't worry! There are a few simple troubleshooting steps that can help resolve the issue and get your eSIM up and running.

  1. Make Sure Data Roaming is ON:

    • Open the Settings app on your iPhone. โš™๏ธ

    • Tap Cellular (or Mobile Data). ๐Ÿ“ก

    • Select your eSIM and make sure Data Roaming is switched on.

  2. Check Cellular Data:

    • In Settings, go to Cellular (or Mobile Data). ๐Ÿ“ถ

    • Make sure your eSIM is selected under Cellular Data. If not, tap it to activate it as the data source.

  3. Select the Correct Network:

    • Go to Settings > Cellular > Network Selection.

    • Turn off Automatic and manually select the correct network for your eSIM by referring to the Simly app for compatible networks in your region.
