How to Edit Team Account Settings

How to customize your Team account, invite members, manage testing, payments and more.

Once you have created a SimpleLab team (more info here), you can tailor your workspace and manage team access easily.

To customize your Team account, just click your name in the navigation bar and select “Team Settings” from the drop down.

General Settings

Customize your Team’s profile and preferences to match your organization’s needs.

  • Name your Team and upload your Team or organization’s logo.

  • Complete your business information and choose how it appears on reports.

  • Upload tax exemption documentation (if applicable).

  • Manage an address book for multiple shipping locations.

Add Team Members

Easily invite colleagues to join your Team and collaborate on testing, logistics, and reporting.

Note: Only the Team owner can add and remove Team members and modify settings.

Report Settings

Customize when and what reports your clients receive.

  • Configure review and release settings

  • Set benchmarks to display (regulatory, health, or fully custom)

  • Include custom messaging tailored to your Team or organization on every report.

Payments

Manage credit cards, purchase orders, and invoices for seamless ordering by your team members.

  • Save credit cards that can be used by Team members to place orders.

  • Submit and manage purchase orders (PO)

  • Manage finance contact information

Note: Only the Team owner can edit and access payment information.

Storefront

Give your clients a fast, trusted way to order independent lab kits directly from your own SimpleLab Storefront online. You can link it on your website or share it by email for instant access.

All orders placed by customers through your Storefront are automatically

shared with your Team, providing seamless visibility, tracking, and

collaboration across every project.

  • No integrations required

  • List up to 12 test kit types to feature directly from the Storefront.

  • Your customers can order these kits and purchase online using any major credit card or standard online payment method.

  • All orders placed by customers through your Storefront are automatically
