The Digital Services Dashboard in Omni is the control panel for access to any Third Party Services you have integrated into your Loanapp application and Omni assessment workflows. It is found on the Omni Workbench for an application:

The Collapsed Digital Services Dashboard

When you first navigate to a particular application record in Omni, the Digital Services Dashboard will be collapsed (closed), and will display summary detail only. You will be able to see:

  • the number of digital services that are available

  • the number of digital services that have been requested (and in progress)

  • the number of digital services that have already been completed

eg in the following screenshot, I can see without opening the dashboard that I have 6 services available; 2 have been completed; and 1 is in progress (requested):

The Expanded Digital Services Dashboard

I can expand the Dashboard by clicking the βŒ„ control on the widget - and this will give me a closer look at available services and status. I can now see that the ID Verification and Open Banking Services are completed, while the Bureau Check Service has been requested but not yet completed:

Expand each Digital Service in the Dashboard

I can then expand any of the individual services to get more detail about that service. In the following screenshot, I can expanded the completed ID Verification service where I can see the details, and have controls to interact with the service:

If a service has been completed, I will be able to click the 'details' control to see the outcome of the service. Here I have clicked the details button, and a window has popped up giving me further details/outcomes of the service. What is shown in this window will depend on the service:

In this case, I can download the PDF report of the service to review:

Ordering a Service

If you have access to Omni and the permission to be able use the digital services dashboard (eg you are an assessor), you will be able to use the dashboard to order any of the available Third Party Services.

Note that the Services will use the data that is in the corresponding Loanapp application as the data to send to the service. This means you have to ensure that the Loanapp data is accurate and up-to-date when you order the service.

In this example, I am ordering a property valuation. I will expand the Property Valuation widget:

The widget will automatically list the address of any security property in the application data (can be more than 1 property); and will have a "request" control:

Depending on the property, and your valuation logic, Omni will order the correct type of valuation. When complete, the widget status will update:

And you will be able to review the report/outcome of the service:

Inheriting Services that have been run in Loanapp

Note that if any digital services are available to your brokers in Loanapp, you may find that some or all of your digital services are already complete in Omni.

βœ… The general rule is that if a service is run in Loanapp, it will display these results in Omni.

eg this Digital VOI completed in the Loanapp flow has been inherited by the assessor in the Omni flow:

  • Credit Bureau service - allows you to order Credit Bureau (both Comprehensive and Negative) reports on your applicants
