How to generate Approval Letters in Omni

During assessment you might like to generate Conditional and Formal approval letters to distribute to brokers and/or applicants. You can do this via the Reporting Widget in the Omni workbench.

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’» Note that any documents generated via the Reporting Widget will be populated with data from Loanapp (ie Loanapp needs to be correct!)

Where is the Reporting Widget?

The Reporting Widget allows you to generate forms that will be populated with your finalised application data, and can be downloaded/saved/sent.

The Reporting widget is on the main Omni Workbench for your application:

Generate a Conditional Approval Letter

To generate a Conditional Approval Letter, go to the "reporting" widget, and select Conditional Approval Letter:

The click "Generate New":

Your Conditional Approval Letter will generate, and when ready it will be listed as a Generated Document, which you can download to review.

And when you download the Document, data from your Loanapp application will be populated onto the form.

⚠️ If any data is incorrect, you need to update the Loanapp data and re-generate your form.

If you have added Conditions of Approval in the Assessment Summary, your Conditions will also be listed (exact content and wording will depend on your Letter design):

You will be able to download, save, and send your Conditional Approval letter as required.

Generate a Formal Approval Letter

You are able to follow the same process to generate a Formal Approval letter via the reporting widget by selecting Formal Approval in the dropdown and clicking Generate New:
