The Supporting Documents interface is the section that presents to you the Lender's dynamic Supporting Documents Requirements. You are able to upload all your supporting documents, attach to each checklist requirement, and submit your documents to your Lender. This article lists all the controls on the interface and gives you an understanding of what they all do. You are able to click through from this article to more information on each of the controls.

  1. Supporting Documents/Document Verification switch. This dropdown will switch you to the Document Verification page for supporting documents, which is not used by all lenders and is usually available only to Assessors. If you cannot see Document Verification in this dropdown, you do not have access.

  2. View Toggles. These toggles allow you to change the view of the panels on your Interface - eg collapse or expand each panel if you want to see one panel/different panels together.

  3. Information Request. Allows you to create a new Information Request to send to your applicants/broker to upload a required document.

  4. Regenerate Document Set. Allows you to re-generate the required supporting documents. This can be used if you have generated your checklist, and then changed the application data. You are able to then re-generate the checklist, which may be different because of the new data.

  5. Submit. Submits your supporting documents to the Lender. This button is generally disabled until you have satisfied either the whole checklist, or all the mandatory checklist items.

  6. Search dropdown. Allows you to search (and go to) another checklist for another of your applications.

    1. How may categories there are in your checklist

    2. How many documents there are in your categories/checklist

    3. Counts up as you satisfy items

  7. Document Set dropdown. Allows you to go to different/specific categories within your supporting documents checklist.

  8. Show All. Will expand the checklist so that all categories are listed and you can scroll through the generated checklist.

  9. Checklist Category. Presents to you the detail of the supporting document requirement, who needs to provide it, what is needed, what is mandatory etc.

  10. Documents Bucket. Where your supporting documents land when you upload them, presented to you as thumbnails, ready for you to attach to the checklist items.

  11. Large Icons. Maximises the thumbnails so that they are bigger and you can see them more clearly on screen.

  12. View or Edit. Allows you to view to whole document (not just the thumbnail); and a bunch of editing controls like redact, highlight, make notes etc.

  13. Split or Combine. Allows you to breakup a larger document into smaller documents; or combine a bunch of uploaded documents into the one checklist item.

  14. Reject. This is your 'bin' - you are able to drag and drop document/thumbnails into this section to get 'rejected' documents out of the bucket.

  15. Upload Documents. Button to upload your documents from your file server.

  16. View Toggle. Same as 2 above, allows you to change the view of your panel/s.

  17. Download all. Allows you to download all your uploaded supporting documents.

When you have satisfied all the requirements on the checklist:

19. All Loaded. This will appear when all your categories/documents are satisfied:
