On the SingleOps Calendar, you can view either your Invoice Totals or Estimated Labor Totals, for each Visit and each day for projects that requite crews to meet a certain projected daily revenue target or if total daily estimated labor is a factor in your scheduling.
In this article:
Add Labor or Revenue to the Calendar
Navigate to:
Setup > Account Settings > Schedule
Find Additional Information on Visits and select your preference from the dropdown.
Total Price Totals displays projected daily revenue based on scheduled visits
Estimated Labor Totals shows total estimated labor hours for the day.
Click Update Settings to save your changes.
⚠️ The Estimated Labor option is compatible only if you are using Items with the Category, Labor. If you need more information on Item Categories, see SingleOps Item Categories.
Calendar View
Cumulative totals for either labor or revenue will appear at the top of each day.
Specific Job revenue or labor will appear in the Job.
💡To view scheduled revenue for a specific operation, switch the Calendar to Month view and filter by Operation to see projected revenue for each day.
