In this article:
Create a Full Service Landscaping Proposal Group
Add Details: Customer, Job Name, Operation, Visit Location
Add Location
Enter address in Visit Location field, address options will populate to select.💡If visit address is the same as the billing address, select 'Use Billable Location' to fill in address.
Apply Customer Billing Schedule (CMB): Select CMB, or add new CMB
Is this a one-off job or recurring? Select Recurring
Add Job Details: Such as line items, notes, and tags
*Note: Job details will vary based on service offering.
Click Save & Create Proposal Group
Select Save & Create From Scratch or select an existing Job Template and click Save & Create Using Template
Change the Proposal Group Name
Apply Customer Billing Schedule (CMB) - Select CMB, or add new CMB
💡 Choose the same CMB applied to first job in the group
Is this a one-off job or recurring? Select Recurring
Add Job Details: Such as line items, notes, and tags
⚠️ Job details will vary based on service offering.
Repeat steps 7-12 until all jobs/services are added, then select Save & Close
