Filters
Date | The date range selects only payments and refunds that occurred between those dates to calculate the totals. |
Search
The search applies to the Operation name only.
Columns
Click Columns and select one or multiple column types. To add and remove columns, the columns in blue will display in the report.
Rearrange Columns by clicking and holding the column header, move to the left or right and drop. Sort rows by clicking the up & down sort arrows icon, click once to sort from low to high, and again to sort from high to low.
Operation | Operation associated with the Invoice that payment was applied (e.g. maintenance, design/build, tree service, etc.) If none are selected, all will be included in the report. |
Total | The totals are calculated as the total of all payments minus the total of all refunds. The totals are broken out by each payment method including payments synced from QuickBooks (if you are connected to Quickbooks Desktop or Online). |
Cash | SingleOps Default Payment Method. |
Check | SingleOps Default Payment Method. |
Point of Sale | SingleOps Default Payment Method. |
CC | Payment method if using SingleOps payments. |
ACH | Payment method if using SingleOps payments. |
Additional Payment Methods | If you have added additional payment methods (such as GreenSky, gift card, etc.) they will appear as unique columns. |
Additional Notes
The CC and ACH columns populate only for card and ACH payments processed through SingleOps Payments (ProPay). Card or ACH payments taken outside SingleOps — for example, through a separate/external card reader — as well as manually entered payments, should be recorded as Point of Sale, and will appear in that column rather than under CC/ACH. Columns only appear for payment methods actually in use on the account.
Because the totals are net (payments minus refunds), this report is useful for clean year-to-date or monthly totals that already account for refunds. It shows net totals by Operation and payment method only — it cannot filter by deposits or by job/visit completion.
This report includes payments synced from QuickBooks. By contrast, the Payment Records Report excludes QuickBooks records by default; there you must check Include records from QuickBooks to include them.
