Add Details
Customer, Job Name, Operation, Visit Location
Is this a one-off job or recurring?
Select One-Off
Select Customer Pickup (if you no do not see this option, enable Pickup Jobs in settings: Admin > Account Settings > Search Account Settings > type "Pickup Jobs" > toggle setting to YES)
⚠️ Customer Pickup proposals should be created as One-Off jobs, not Recurring. If you need recurring work, check with Support on the right workflow.
⚠️ Customer Pickup jobs may not show on the Calendar by default. If Customer Pickup was selected by mistake, deselect it. If your team needs pickup jobs on the Calendar, contact Support or your account administrator.
Estimate
Select +Add Item or +Add Item Group to add materials
Items or item groups marked Actual are visible to crews on work orders and show only the cost to your business.
Items or item groups marked Billable are visible to customers on proposals and invoices and show only the price charged to the customer.
Add Notes for customers and team.
Select Save & Close
