  1. What is the best way to remove/combine duplicated client records.

In the table of clients, you can select the duplicate clients by clicking the checkbox on the left of each row. Once you select the duplicate clients, an action bar will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the merge button and you will be able to combine these into a single profile.

2. How can we see 2024 & 2025 combined?

To see both years go to the filter bar. On the “Created” section choose the option “dates” and just select a start and finish date. For example it could be from Jan 2024 till Feb 2025. For more information about how to find a booking check this article.

3. Is there a way to generate a PDF in date order of travel?

Yes, you can download your bookings as a PDF and sort them by check in date. For more information check this article.

4. Can we adjust commissions on a specific booking?

You can adjust the commission rate on any booking individually or even change the default by supplier where it will automatically change. To adjust an individual booking read the following article.

5. Can we create an invoice for clients?

You can invoice clients, the same way that you invoice suppliers.

If you’ve made the booking as a Client-Net or Client Fee booking, Sion will use the Client’s billing details to generate the invoices. When you click the send button, the Client’s email will be populated in the To field. For more details you can check this article.

6. Are the information for Verified suppliers updated regularly?

Sion’s verified suppliers are updated as we receive changes.

Be aware that we do not override your custom contacts or billing information that you’ve applied to those suppliers. To learn more about Verified Suppliers you can read this article.

7. Is there a way to download a list of all bookings where commissions have been paid to you in a year?

Yes you can click only Paid bookings, and adjust your date filters to the group of bookings you’d like to see.

8. Can we also track Cruise Commissions?

Yes, Cruise commissions are trackable in Sion. We support many booking categories. In the booking modal, the Category field is automatically populated by the supplier type, and you can always change a booking’s category.

9. How is reconciled different from paid?

They are the same! Reconciled just means the payment has been applied/matched to a booking.

10. How secure is this data stored in this section for clients?

Very secure! Everything is encrypted.
