Booking tags allow you to categorize and sort your bookings. You can add tags when you manually create a booking or afterward.

To add a tag to an existing booking, first locate it (see our article on Find and View Bookings if you need help).

Next, click on the booking.

This will open up a new window on the right with the booking information.

Click the Notes tab.

Look for the Notes and Tags section and click the pencil icon to the right.

Already existing tags will show as a block under the Booking Tags section. To add a new one, simply click in the field and start typing. Sion will recommend existing tags as you type.

To use an existing tag, click one of the suggested tags in the dropdown. To create a new tag, simply hit the Tab or Enter key when you’re done typing.

You can add multiple tags to a booking. To remove a tag, hit the X to the right of the tag name.

When you’re done, click the checkmark at the top to keep your changes.
