Users can configure the following contact preferences in SitePad CRM:

  • Star Ratings – Assign star ratings to contacts for quick reference.

  • Warmth – Categorize contacts based on engagement level.

  • Show Active Status – Display whether a contact is active or inactive.

  • Show Payroll Number – Enable the display of payroll numbers for relevant contacts.

  • Email Address is Mandatory – Ensure that all contacts must have an email address before saving.

  • 2 Contact Panes – Display two contact panes for improved contact management.

  • Custom Field for Organisation Charts – Add a custom field to integrate organization charts to enable the choice of a specific custom field on contact records.
