The Reasons For Visit feature allows users to set up and link specific reasons for a visit to a custom form. This ensures that when viewing a contact, a designated form can be completed efficiently.
Adding a New Reason For Visit
Tap the New button.
Enter the name of the new reason for visit.
Hit Save to add it to the list.
Linking a Form to a Reason For Visit
Tap the name of the reason for visit you wish to edit.
Select the desired form to be attached (These can be created in the Forms Pane.
Hit Save to confirm the changes.
Editing a Reason For Visit
Tap the name of the reason for visit you wish to edit.
Rename it as needed.
Hit Save to confirm the changes.
