Having trouble logging in? Try these tips!

🔑 Single sign-on

If you originally set up your account by using Google single sign-on (SSO), trying to log in by entering your email and password won’t work - you need to select “Continue with Google”.

đŸ“© Resetting your password

If you’ve requested a password reset on the log-in page but haven’t received the email, please check your spam folder.

If you’ve successfully changed your password but can’t log in afterwards, please clear your cache and try again!

đŸȘ Clearing your browser cache and cookies

If you’ve tried to switch accounts, recently changed your password, or selected the wrong option and can’t go back, the information your browser saves might be the issue.

Clearing the cache is slightly different in each browser; you can usually find it under history settings (or search for your specific browser’s instructions). Close your SIX tab, then clear your cache and reload the page.
