đ Single sign-on
If you originally set up your account by using Google single sign-on (SSO), trying to log in by entering your email and password wonât work - you need to select âContinue with Googleâ.
đ© Resetting your password
If youâve requested a password reset on the log-in page but havenât received the email, please check your spam folder.
If youâve successfully changed your password but canât log in afterwards, please clear your cache and try again!
đȘ Clearing your browser cache and cookies
If youâve tried to switch accounts, recently changed your password, or selected the wrong option and canât go back, the information your browser saves might be the issue.
Clearing the cache is slightly different in each browser; you can usually find it under history settings (or search for your specific browserâs instructions). Close your SIX tab, then clear your cache and reload the page.
